Concerns About Our Office?
We strive to help every person who contacts our office in a welcoming and timely way. However, if you have a concern about our office, staff, or any service we have provided, we want to hear from you.
If you are a client and don’t agree with a decision we’ve made, you have the right to ask our office to review how we’ve handled your case. Below, we’ve outlined the steps available to all our clients when they have a concern about our work.
Step One
As a starting point, we always encourage you to try to resolve any concerns you have with the staff member you’ve been working with directly.
Step Two
If you and the staff member are not able to resolve your concern, you can ask to speak with our Director of Child and Youth Advocacy Services. The Director will provide you with the support needed to ensure your concern is heard and work with you to find a solution.
Step Three
If you and the Director cannot resolve your concern, the Representative will then work with you directly. The Representative’s review of the matter is the final step in resolving concerns and decisions at this stage are considered final.
Please know that we take all concerns about our office very seriously and we respect your right to voice these with us. You have our commitment that we will do what we can to work with you to resolve your concern. We also encourage you to share any positive experiences you’ve had with our office. Your feedback is valuable to us!
